Resources for Church Health

Church Health Assessment Tool

Having your finger on the pulse of church health is an important discipline for every church leader. But it’s difficult to gather much more than anecdotal feedback from those closest to you. Now you can get widespread anonymous feedback from your entire church using an innovative, web-driven church survey from Leadership Transformations. CHAT is a convenient, affordable, user-friendly online church survey that allows you to get an accurate baseline data pool using 10 proven church health categories. In as little as 30 days, you can collect and study crucial feedback from your congregation and leadership team.

Churches interested in the Revitalization Strategy will also have the CHAT included as part of the process.

While the cost is affordable, grants and financial assistance may be available to help defray costs. Click the link below to express your interest in the CHAT.

“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”

We hear this refrain over and again as Jesus addresses the churches of Asia Minor in the book of Revelation. Some believe those churches are representative of the church age from its inception to the Rapture. Others believe there are characteristics of these churches in the Church today. Either way, we need to hear what the Spirit is saying to us today. He still speaks.

I want to take a few moments and use the Revelation format to address the Arkansas District Council. Jesus is always observing the church and speaking to the leadership in terms of encouragement, calling out discrepancies, a pathway to correction, and ending with a challenge. More important than that was the revelation of Christ to each church. We must heed the warning lest the candlestick (church) be removed.

Looking Ahead: My Pentecostal Leadership in the 21st Century

This is a paper written by Rev. Robbie Willis as part of his doctoral work at AGTS. Pastor Willis says, “I have…a paper that I wrote as part of my doctoral work at AGTS…. you may find referencing the subsection in Part I titled, “Resilient Disciples Love the Bible” to be helpful. I have included numerous statistics that relate to the necessity of prioritizing Scripture. Some of these are synthesized from the other two reports I have attached, while others were drawn from a book titled, Faith for Exiles.”
